Governance
Governed by the people who own it.
A two-chamber DAO balances community and institutional voices. An AI agent handles analysis and execution, in the open.
Two chambers. Neither can act alone.
Whales cannot override the community, and the community cannot push through something financially unsound or non-compliant. Major decisions need both.
both must approve
How votes work
Quadratic and loyalty weighting
Many small holders can counterbalance a few large ones. Longer staking earns slightly more weight.
Delegation
Holders can delegate their vote to analysts or contributors they trust, and change it any time.
Committees
Elected Technical, Treasury and ESG committees draft and vet proposals before they go to a vote.
Quorums and supermajorities
Routine matters pass by simple majority. Constitutional or tokenomics changes need higher thresholds.
What keeps it safe
Staking and slashing
Operators and validators post collateral that is cut for downtime or misbehaviour.
Treasury reserves
A rainy-day fund in stablecoins or fiat covers operations through downturns without forced selling.
Insurance
Physical assets insured conventionally, plus pools for SLA breaches and smart contract risk.
Vote locking
Tokens lock for the length of a vote, blocking flash-loan attacks and last-minute swings.
AI agent
Humans set the direction. AI does the heavy lifting.
The agent does
- Models the ROI, regulatory risk and sentiment of competing proposals
- Monitors network metrics and flags anomalies early
- Executes approved mandates, such as releasing treasury funds
- Checks that execution matches exactly what was voted
The agent does not
- Set strategy or vision
- Vote on behalf of holders
- Act on anything the chambers have not approved
- Operate without a public record of its analysis
Control moves to the community in stages.
01
Genesis
Core team and an interim council guide early decisions. A governance beta lets the first members table and vote on proposals.
02
Shared
Binding community votes begin, such as choosing the next expansion site. Founder controls loosen.
03
Community
Remaining founder privileges end. The foundation board is elected by the DAO, with regional sub-DAOs for local matters.
Governance runs on SBX DAO, the SUPERBLOCK governance platform launching alongside the network.
